Having spent most of my teenage/young adult years going through my own issue with weight, binge eating and struggling with my body image, I’ve always had a deep interest in nutrition.
When I discovered the power of working on the mind-body connection, I realised that my calling was to help women who struggle, just like I did, with their own body image and food-related challenges.
After years of experimenting on myself and getting certified as a mind-body coach, I’m ready to help and guide women towards a peaceful and loving relationship with their bodies, for them to live the fulfilling life they deserve.
