A few years ago, I was struggling with my weight. I had tried every single diet under the sun, and I couldn’t look at my body in the mirror. Sad, right?
I worked with professionals myself, and got the help I needed. I broke the cycle of bingeing, stopped the cycle of dieting and finally managed to feel good in my body and to stop thinking about food and my weight.

I believe in ethical coaching: I’m here to hold the space for you, with kindness and without judgement. Chances are that I’ve experienced some of the same challenges as you, so we’re in this together.
My goal is not to help you lose weight quickly. If you’re here for a quick fix, hoping that you will get a diet plan to lose 20 kgs in 3-months, then I’m not the right person for you.
If we work together, you will need to do most of the work: I’ll be here to support you and guide you, but you need to be ready to make efforts!
I feel my best when I have a proper routine. This usually includes journaling and planning in the morning, and reading in the evening. Taking me time everyday is also a big thing for me, so I make sure to have enough time to do something that truly uplifts me everyday.
